The Need for Kaizen Culture for Manufacturing Industries in Industry 4.0

Purpose: The study aims to find the need for creativity in industry 4.0, To test whether can be embraced by Kaizen. Theoretical framework: problem statement is does Kaizen / Creativity extended 4.0 and same researched with Literature reviews a set of Hypotheses. Design/methodology/approach: Survey questions were framed check linkage two hypotheses was tested, 30 samples from Experts Industry Academia contributed thoughts, Correlations SEM used conclude findings. Findings: SPSS principal component analysis “t” done look at correlation independent variables above-mentioned hypothesis, results revealed that there significant relationship with, effective communication, open innovation, Continuous Improvement, transformational leadership, collaboration, Goal clarity team autonomy, attitude, knowledge enhancement. Research, Practical & Social implications: sample size less tested on larger size. also employees 3.0 effects. practical implications well 2.0 needs continued induce thereby enhancement Team Autonomy. Considering human behaviour this closed loop problems. Kaizens needed sustain innovation creating culture involvement ownership. Originality/Value: There active research present times, researchers are showing keen interest convincing benefits but behavioural aspect its explored. next generation i.e. will more challenging, as would challenge skilled workforce, pressure time/productivity high.
